Welcome to our new Library Project Information Webpage! 

We want to be transparent about the proposed Library Project, so we have worked hard to put all the relevant information in one place. We hope this will answer many of your questions and address many of your concerns. We have also created an opportunity to ask additional questions that will be sent directly to the Library Building Committee. When you submit a new question, we will update the FAQs to include it or to expand on an existing related question. If you choose to share your email address, we will also connect directly with you to be sure your question has been answered. This website will be the place to find accurate information regarding the project.

We hope this will become your “one stop shop” for information about the library building project that appears on this year’s Mont Vernon Town Warrant as you get ready for Town Meeting on March 13th at MVVS. Residents will have the opportunity to vote on the project at Town Meeting, but you must be present in order to vote. The meeting begins at 7:00 PM. The Library Project is expected to be early in the meeting, followed by a vote on the associated road project.
